Training Hard in Central America!!

Had another insane mountain run yesterday in Guatemala. Potentially the best single track, incidentally a livestock track, I have ever run! 

Even though I'm here filming and hosting OLN's The Project, I can't let that interfere with my training plans.  I still have some serious training for the upcoming i2P Youth Expedition Utah in May, and for my +2000KM Gobi crossing this summer! And I couldn't ask for a more amazing, challenging and inspiring place to run!  It's AWESOME!

This is my stuff drying post run today!  An awesome run through river beds and up the mountain on other side of valley from my camp!  INCREDIBLE!

Guatemala Week 3

Spent last 2 days in the jungle and now we are back at base camp @ 7,000ft.

In Guatemala working on TV project. Every morning running up from 7,000ft (my tent) to 8,000ft or so...and back...it's awesome!
