On March 28th we held our inaugural impossible2Possible fundraiser which
was catered by Ottawa's own Tracey Clark at her Bridgehead Roastery! The event drew about 100 people and was emceed by Mark Sutcliffe! Two of our Youth Ambassadors, Tamara Brus (Baffin Island expedition) and Hannah Elkington (Botswana expedition) shared their experience with the audience - they were amazing and I am very proud that they are still very engaged with our organization!! Bob, our Executive Director, and I also had an opportunity to share a little bit about i2P and our upcoming Youth Expedition to Utah!
We had a silent auction with amazing items such as Canada Goose jackets, Dion running snowshoes, and much more! The evening ended with a fantastic live auction run by Derrick Fage - it was a blast!
The evening raised enough money to offset the travel cost for our 5 youth ambassadors!
We were thrilled with event and want to sincerely thank the i2P team, and all our supports and donors - you are the ones that make it POSSIBLE!!
