Expedition Utah - Day 4

Expedition Utah Day 4

Our Youth Ambassadors are feeling the effects of long miles in the heat and elevation as their bodies and minds are now being severely tested. After struggling with blisters and heat stroke, the team made the tough decision to shorten their mileage with the intent to rest, repair, and be ready to tackle a longer distance fresh tomorrow.

Later, the Ambassadors headed to a nearby fossil bed where they were able to identify bones from thousands of different dinosaur species.

The paleontologist team joined i2P for dinner and the evening was spent with the students and scientists talking together. The adventure continues tomorrow with a live dig and then more running!
